If you thrive in data‐driven environments, enjoy translating insights into meaningful action, and want to contribute to high‐impact marketing initiatives across Europe, this role offers an exciting opportunity.About The Role As the Activation Performance & Tracking Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the tracking frameworks that underpin our digital activation and website performance strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and cross‐functional teams to ensure our campaigns and digital touchpoints are measured effectively and continuously improved. This is a remote role with occasional travel to our headquarters in Germany for key meetings.What You Will DoAnalyse campaign and media performance across European marketsTrack and monitor all activity on the GROHE websiteBuild autonomous tracking and reporting structuresWork with big‐data dashboards and tools such as Google Analytics and Looker StudioPrepare clear, actionable reports and insights for marketing leadersCollaborate with UX/UI teams to support optimisation initiativesPlan, execute, and track advertising and activation campaignsChallenge and steer external agencies to ensure high‐quality tracking and continuous optimisationConduct activation potential analyses and identify new opportunitiesSupport local market teams with training and guidance on tracking, dashboards, and analyticsPrepare presentations and performance insights for internal stakeholdersContribute to data‐driven decision‐making across the marketing organisationWhat You BringUniversity degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related fieldEarly professional experience in digital or performance marketingStrong understanding of business KPIs and the ability to simplify complex dataHands‐on, solution‐oriented mindset with strong communication skillsHigh proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides)Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), Tableau, or similar toolsFluency in English; German is an advantage but not requiredAgile, structured working style with a willingness to learn and collaborateWho You AreFlexible and adaptable in a fast‐moving environmentCurious, open‐minded, and eager to explore new ideasComfortable working with diverse stakeholders across multiple countriesAble to navigate complex digital ecosystems and translate insights into clear recommendationsWhy Join UsOpportunity to work in a multinational environment with high visibility across the organisationBe part of a major digital transformation project, including the relaunch of our website structure across 30 marketsCollaborate with a supportive, experienced marketing team and external partnersContribute directly to shaping the future of our digital activation and performance strategy#J-18808-Ljbffr
