Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Operations Admin to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth customer service delivery and efficient office operations.
About the Role:
* Follow up on orders from external customers in collaboration with Planning and Logistics teams.
* Communicate order status updates with customers.
* Support the Sales Team with external sales activities.
* Utilize company management systems for order processing.
* Manage billing and credit notes.
* Assist Finance with payments.
* Collaborate with other departments on service claims.
* Handle documentation, archiving, and correspondence, including credit letters.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and strong initiative.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in other European languages is advantageous.
* Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
