Responsibilities include working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations, collaborating with Premier Support teams and customer support teams for quick resolution of critical issues, and serving as the voice of the customer with Zendesk product teams.
You will also collaborate with other TAMs and wider teams within Zendesk to ensure continuous improvement and focus on global delivery excellence.
