Job Overview

The Technical Account Manager serves as a strategic partner to our customers, fostering innovative solutions that enhance their experiences.

This role involves collaborating with various teams, including agents, admins, IT professionals, CX directors, and executives, to deliver exceptional value through meaningful relationships.

The hybrid nature of this position combines remote work with regular in-office visits to enjoy office benefits. As a Technical Account Manager, you will:


Responsibilities include working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations, collaborating with Premier Support teams and customer support teams for quick resolution of critical issues, and serving as the voice of the customer with Zendesk product teams.

You will also collaborate with other TAMs and wider teams within Zendesk to ensure continuous improvement and focus on global delivery excellence.
