Your Role Responsible for ensuring the team's efficiency and success in using Scrum or Kanban.
Promote the understanding and adoption of Agile values, principles, and practices.
Remove impediments that block the team's progress.
Ensure team alignment with business objectives and visibility of progress.
Support the team in managing their work and fostering self-organization.
Your Profile 3+ years of experience as a Scrum / Agile Master in application development teams.
Other Agile-context experience such as PO, SW Engineer, or another role will be valued.
Ability to promote Agile practices and values within teams with the aim of increasing their efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Certification as Scrum Master and/or Kanban (preferably).
