YOUR ROLE
We are looking for motivated developers with experience as Scrum Master to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives
- Removing obstacles that prevent the team from moving forward
- Promote self-management, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
- Work closely with Product Owners and development teams
- Support the adoption and agile maturity of the organization
- Monitoring team metrics and performance indicators
- Ensuring a healthy and productive environment for the team
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems or similar;
- Participation in a project environment as a Scrum Master for more than 2 years;
- Planning and organizing project plans for different initiatives;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile);
- Monitoring the execution of the plan, monitoring dependencies, risks and issues and communicating with the project teams in order to mitigate their impact on the completion of the project;
- Analysis of KPIs to monitor team performance;
- API knowledge
- Knowledge of .Net 8
- Knowledge of Microsoft GitHub Copilot

- Clear oral and written communication;

- Analytical ability and critical thinking;
- Agility in the face of change or unforeseen events;
- Ease in dealing with stakeholders;
- Backlog organization, management and prioritization;
- Regime: Hybrid (50%)
