Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the iGaming industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Program Management: Oversee multiple projects linked to one another in a sequential manner to attain the combined benefit, including managing inter-dependencies between projects, ensuring resource capacity and availability, and achieving program-level goals.
* Organization, Operations & Performance Management: Supervise New Engagement Onboarding, Delivery Unit Performance Management, Delivery Unit Financial Management, Delivery Unit Risk Management, Delivery Unit Resource and Operations Management, Talent Management, Sales, Marketing & Account Management.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience working as a Delivery Manager.
* 2+ years of recent experience and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
* Experience in managing an organization of 25+ people.
* Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies, experience in design and set up of Agile and Delivery processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills.
* Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
