We are seeking an AI Integration / Implementation Engineer to help our clients integrate our AI-powered product into their existing systems and workflows. Your primary goal will be to onboard customers efficiently and ensure they derive maximum value from our solution quickly.
This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-facing experience to guide organizations through smooth and effective implementations. You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party platforms to build integrations that enhance automation and streamline operations.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their systems, workflows, and integration needs
- Configure and implement our AI product into various client environments
- Develop and optimize integrations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or N8N
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for seamless onboarding
- Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
- Create and maintain documentation, including implementation guides and FAQs
- Act as a bridge between clients and the product engineering team to improve future integrations
- Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Implementation Engineer, Technical Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in an international environment
- Hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or N8N
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or automation-driven products is a plus
- Fluent written and verbal English skills
- Self-employment status with a signed contract as an independent contractor
- Ability to work from home without distractions
- Own a PC and have a reliable internet connection
