You'll work in a supportive, high-tech environment with very demanding customers, developing some of the most critical infrastructure (the electric grid), all as part of a great and meaningful endeavor: creating a Zero Emissions Neighborhood. This will help you grow both professionally and personally.About the ChallengeWe're a growing team of around 100 people, and we're at an exciting stage of building stronger structure around how we support and manage our people. As we grow, we want to create better processes, stronger feedback culture, and provide more guidance to managers across the company.To help us do this, we're looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our People team and work closely with the People Manager. This role will touch the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and employee support.This is not just an execution role. We're still shaping many of our processes, so we're looking for someone who enjoys questioning how things are done, improving workflows, and helping build better ways of working. Your voice and perspective will matter.Our work model is hybrid. While we offer flexibility in where you work, we ideally look for candidates based in Coimbra or nearby, as proximity to our office helps with collaboration, onboarding, and team moments.What you'll doManage candidate sourcing and help identify potential talent across different channels;Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive recruitment experience;Organize and lead onboarding processes to help new hires integrate into the company;Manage HR administrative processes, including employee admissions and documentation;Ensure employee data and records are accurate and kept up to date;Respond to employee questions and support day-to-day people-related topics;Organize internal events and initiatives that strengthen company culture;Contribute to improving HR processes as we continue building more structure within the company;Support key People processes such as feedback cycles, and compensation & benefits administration;What we're Looking forHave 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar generalist role;Have hands-on experience with recruitment, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews;Feel comfortable managing HR administrative processes, employee documentation, and keeping records accurate and up to date;Have some exposure to People processes such as onboarding and compensation & benefits administration;Have experience supporting or organizing internal initiatives or employee events;Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple topics at the same time;Curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in growing and developing in the HR field;Have strong communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with different stakeholders across the company;Proactive and solution-oriented, with a mindset focused on improving how things are done and challenging existing processes constructively;Have good English communication skills, as you'll work with colleagues from different nationalities and locations.Nice to HaveExperience in a startup or scaling company;Experience supporting international teams;Interest in people development, feedback culture, or performance processes.Flexible working hours and hybrid work model.Get a share of the company\'s stock options.
