Job Title: Medical Device Account Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Account Specialist to manage key hospital accounts across Portugal, focusing on interventional cardiology (cath labs). This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in cardiovascular medical devices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key hospital and clinical accounts, and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. They will also launch innovative products, navigate complex procurement processes, and provide clinical support during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key hospital accounts across Portugal, with a focus on interventional cardiology (cath labs).
* Ensure correct implementation, monitoring, and rotation of consigned medical device inventory.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with all hospital stakeholders.
* Provide in-hospital support, including attendance at clinical meetings, training sessions, and technical assistance during procedures when necessary.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to penetrate new healthcare institutions.
* Follow up on public tenders and collaborate with market access and pricing teams to prepare competitive commercial proposals.
* Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the Commercial Director.
Requirements:
* University degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Work Environment:
