The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, automation frameworks, technical design frameworks, security architecture, and telecom network management systems (NMS).How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnEnd-to-End Solution Design: Architect comprehensive automation solutions covering network operations, service management, and customer experience enhancements.Automation Strategy: Develop and implement automation frameworks for network operations, fault management, provisioning, and self-healing mechanisms.Integration & Interoperability: Design and optimize integration frameworks between network management systems (NMS), Radio Access Network (RAN) products, and IT systems to enable seamless automation.Software Architecture & Design: Define scalable software architectures, microservices, and event-driven architectures to support telecom automation solutions.Security Architecture: Ensure robust security designs by incorporating authentication, encryption, access control, and threat detection mechanisms.Cloud & On-Prem Solutions: Lead the development of hybrid and cloud-native architectures to support automation in telecom networks.AI/ML-Driven Automation: Implement AI/ML techniques for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and network optimization.Telecom Network Management: Work with Radio Access Network (RAN), Core, and Transport network elements, ensuring efficient automation of configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Security & Compliance: Ensure that automation solutions adhere to telecom regulatory compliance, cybersecurity best practices, and industry standards like National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), ISO 27001, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and telecom-specific security frameworks.Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution owners, service engineers, software developers, and vendors to drive automation initiatives.Performance Optimization: Optimize automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with emerging trends in telecom automation, cloud-native networking, and AI-driven automation.Key Skills And ExperienceYou have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field with overall experience of 10-14 years in solution architecture, automation, and telecom network operations.Telecom Expertise: Strong understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN), Core, and Transport network architectures, network management systems (NMS), and service orchestration.Automation Tools & Frameworks: Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps pipelines
