Ecommerce Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to drive online sales for our luxury spa brand. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, aligning with business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic e-commerce plan that drives revenue growth and customer engagement.
* Manage the website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional, including overseeing web development, design, and content updates.
* Curate and organize product listings, optimize the customer experience from browsing to checkout, and address customer inquiries and complaints.
* Implement digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, affiliate marketing) to increase traffic and sales.
* Optimize product pages for SEO, improve conversion rates, and apply upselling and cross-selling techniques.
* Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and negotiate contracts.
* Ensure accurate inventory management and product categorization.
* Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, utilizing data analytics to inform decisions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within wellness, cosmetics, hospitality, or luxury retail sectors.
* Proven success in driving online sales and revenue growth through digital marketing.
* Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and CMS (WordPress).
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
