At our Penafiel atelier, where art meets passion and dreams take shape, you will have the unique opportunity to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team. Here, every piece is crafted with artisanal dedication and a human touch that sets us apart.
As part of our Suplly Chain team, you will:
* Observe and Collaborate: You will work side-by-side with our logistics and supply chain team, immersing yourself in the fascinating process that transforms raw materials into handmade "dreams," ensuring that production meets the needs and expectations of our customers.
* Optimization and Creative Flow: You will contribute to optimizing stock levels and the smooth management of our artisanal production process, where every step is designed to maximize creativity and efficiency.
* Supporting the Planning of Dreams: You will support and assist in the development and management of the medium/long-term production plan, balancing our artisanal capacity with the growing demand for our unique products.
* Innovation in Craftsmanship: You will participate in the development of new methods, best practice research (benchmarking), and the implementation of planning tools, always aiming to promote agility and reliability in our artisanal production.
* Culture of Well-being: You will support the integration and compliance with our strict health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring an inspiring and safe working environment for all our artisans.
This position is for you:
* You are eligible for the IEFP "Estágio + Talento" program (mandatory).
* You hold a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Operations Management and Logistics, Supply Chain Engineering and Management, or related fields (mandatory).
* You are fluent in English and/or French – your voice will help share our passion for creating "dreams" with the world.
* You are proactive, dynamic, results-driven, and a true team player who values working together to achieve artisanal excellence.
* You have knowledge of Power BI (PBI).
