What the job looks like:
The IT Business Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, and testing IT solutions that meet business needs. Collaborates with business partners, IT architects, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality IT solutions aligned with Grünenthal's IT strategy and standards. Provides functional support and guidance to end users and IT colleagues on IT systems and processes.
* Collaborate with business partners to understand, validate, and document requirements
* Analyze and document current business processes and identify gaps
* Design and propose improved processes and solutions
* Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders for feedback
* Review and coordinate functional testing of IT solutions
* Provide feedback and guidance to IT development teams
* Act as project manager/lead for process improvement initiatives
* Support BP in workshops for process design
* Provide functional support and training to IT colleagues
* Manage and resolve IT system issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation of IT solutions
What you'll bring to the table:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field
* At least three years of experience as IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
* Proven track record of delivering IT solutions meeting business needs
* Experience with various IT technologies, tools, and methodologies
* Certification in agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe) is a plus
