ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate patient awareness campaigns.Support Team Leader for Portugal with coordination and collaboration with local medical and patients' associations where needed.Establish new processes and improve upon existing processes related to assigned campaigns and projects support.Manage the setup and maintenance of all assigned projects documentation files and records related to the scope of work and SOPs.Support communication with local key stakeholders.Create and coordinate all information and communications for assigned projects.Develop materials related to new project deliverables.Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and costs of specific project deliverables.Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summary data.Create and establish SOPs and procedures for specific tasks assigned to a project.Coordinate project team and customer meetings, identifying and planning appropriate channels (web, teleconferencing, face to face).Ensure arrangements for face-to-face meetings are handled appropriately. Determining and planning all meeting requirements in advance.Take and record minutes, notes and actions at assigned meetings, distribute and follow up accordingly.Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the organization to identify and consolidate support processes.Serve as primary backup contact for internal project team and for external stakeholders / customers as designated by project manager.Follow all legal requirements, from local countries and all IQVIA compliance requirements as well as the respective requirements of the customers are met.Follow all global and local regulations IQVIA Concerning Data Protection and Data Security Referring to IT (Information Technology).Report all potential adverse drug reactions or product complaints within 24 hours as defined by the pharmacovigilance contract.Complete all assigned global and local e-learning and face-to-face trainings required by IQVIA.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook, and Internet).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks.Ability to maintain demanding timelines.Ability to work under minimal supervision.Ability to prioritize, actively seek input, and problem-solve.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Ability to be self-directed, prioritize opportunities and perform multiple tasks.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.Fluent in English.Minimum Required Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree and related experience; or equivalent combination of education, Training and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
