Job Description
This role aims to simplify supply management processes for operations through a lean approach.
* Analyze current supply management processes and identify inefficiencies and their root causes.
* Implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reducing administrative burdens, improving communication, and shortening lead times.
* Develop streamlined and standardized processes working closely with teams in Supply, Finance, and Operations.
The role requires continuous improvement—monitoring performance indicators, enforcing standard practices, and collaborating on the development of supporting IS&T solutions.
* Select and onboard a team to conduct a root cause analysis for European countries.
* Map root causes, pain points, and country specificities – identify commonalities.
* Draft and propose a plan of concrete actions to improve current processes.
You need strong knowledge of On-Site operations / segment intimacy, ideally 5+ years of experience in Supply Management, experience in lean management and/or six sigma, and process-driven orientation and experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
