In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to users, ensuring an excellent customer experience and achieving performance objectives in quality, efficiency, and service.
Job Details Contract type: 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal Language requirement: Fluent French (C2 level) – English at B1 level Responsibilities Manage reservations: creation, modification, and cancellation Administrative tasks related to reservations: issuing tickets, modifications, and cancellations Provide accurate, real-time information to support customer decision-making Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations Actively listen and adapt support to the individual needs of each customer Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills and customer focus Empathy, solution-oriented mindset, and team spirit Previous customer support experience will be valued Availability to work rotating shifts Conditions and Benefits Base salary (gross): €880 × 14 months Performance bonus (gross): up to €150 per month Meal allowance: €7.23 per working day (meal card) Health insurance: available from day one with a monthly co-
