* Support the Project Manager and Construction Management Services Team in coordinating, managing, and delivering assigned construction projects through all phases—from pre-construction planning to on-site execution and project close-out—ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, technical, and regulatory standards.
* Work closely with the Project Manager and internal teams during the pre-construction phase to review design and project documentation, assist in scope development, prepare and track Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and support contractor evaluation and selection.
* Assist the project team in the preparation, execution, and administration of contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
* Prepare, update, and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports in coordination with the Project Manager, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support the Project Manager in stakeholder coordination and communication, helping ensure alignment between owners, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
* Plan, attend, and document site and coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders; prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items in coordination with the Project Manager.
* Track and manage project correspondence, including Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders, ensuring timely responses, proper routing, and complete documentation.
* Review shop drawings, product data, and material samples in collaboration with the Project Manager and consultants to verify compliance with project requirements and approval workflows.
* Monitor site progress, safety, coordination, and quality of work, escalating issues to the Project Manager as needed to ensure compliance with contract scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
* Coordinate and document site inspections, testing, and approvals in collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal team members.
* Support project cost management by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to progress valuations, payment applications, forecasts, and change order tracking.
* Maintain complete and accurate project records and prepare regular project updates and reports for review by the Project Manager, including status on schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
* Promote adherence to Health & Safety standards on-site, promptly documenting and reporting incidents or concerns to the Project Manager and relevant parties.
* Assist with project close-out activities, including preparation of handover documentation, as-built drawings, warranties, and completion of punch list items in coordination with the Project Manager and team.
* Perform other duties as required to support the Project Manager and ensure successful project delivery.
* Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience, preferably in the construction of high-end residential projects.
* Demonstrated experience supporting construction management activities, including scheduling and progress control.
* Working knowledge of CSI codes, budgeting, estimating, construction sequencing, buyout, procurement, and logistics for construction projects, preferably with a minimum project value of $2.0 million or higher.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, supporting Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
