Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (local time).
Work Model: 100% Remote (From continental Portugal only).
Salary Range: 39,******,000/year + 5,000 Language Bonus.
Languages Required: Native-level German (C1+);
Fluent English (B2 or higher).

Manage and optimize large-scale programmatic campaigns across DV360 and Google Ads.Drive full-funnel media strategies from planning and setup to monitoring and performance reporting.Deliver actionable insights through deep analytics, reporting, and A/B testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account managers to meet campaign goals.Stay on the pulse of emerging trends in programmatic, ad tech, and performance marketing.Own client communications and deliver strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.What Were Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Programmatic Campaigns.Proven experience using Google Ads and/or DV360.Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and campaign KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Experience in or with marketing agencies is highly preferred.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Tech-savvy, analytical, and always seeking optimization opportunities.Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2+).
