Reporting to the IT Manager, you will support the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Digital Workplace tools across the company.

/lili Manage user communities and engagement channels /lili Translate new products and features into simple guidance and learning materials /lili Respond to user questions and help guide them /li /ulp Training Enablement: /pulli Deliver live sessions, demos, and office hours.
/lili Create training content (presentations, guides, videos, FAQs, workshops).
/lili Maintain and update internal platforms and resources.
/li /ulp Community Communication: /pulli Manage global DWC communities and drive engagement.
/lili Create user-friendly content (SharePoint pages, banners, posts).
/lili Monitor feedback to identify training needs and opportunities.
/li /ulp Change Management Support: /pulli Support champions networks and communities of practice.
/lili Help run events such as Ask-Me-Anything sessions, AI days, open-door days, and global workshops.
/li /ulp Operational Project Support: /pulli Track adoption metrics, engagement insights, and training performance.
/lili Deliver recurring communications and updates on time.
/lili Collaborate closely with IT product teams, global stakeholders, and business partners.
/li /ulp Role Requirements: /pulli At least 3 years of professional experience in Change Management, Communications, Digital Workplace, Training, or related roles.
/lili Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technology in simple, engaging ways.
/lili Experience creating and delivering training (virtual and/or in-person).
/lili Confidence in managing communities and engaging large audiences.
/lili Solid understanding of Copilot and M365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
/lili Ability to manage multiple streams of work, prioritize, and deliver high-quality outputs quickly.
/lili Excellent written and spoken English.
/lili Experience working in a multinational environment is a nice-to-have.
/lili Nice-to-have: experience with video editing, graphic creation tools, or learning design.
