The ideal Sales Operations Manager candidate will have proven HubSpot CRM experience and a track record of improving internal workflows, supporting client inquiries, onboarding new team members, and driving efficiency through process improvements.
Goals:
Streamline internal operations by optimizing workflows, automating with HubSpot, and maintaining clear SOPs
Boost revenue by improving sales conversions, reducing churn, and supporting CPC performance
Enhance team effectiveness through structured onboarding, cross-team coordination, and operational support
Identify inefficiencies using operational data and implement measurable improvements
Deliver clear monthly reports on churn, sales performance, and sales opportunities to guide strategic decisions

Responsibilities:
Build and manage advanced workflows and automation in HubSpot
Support the sales and marketing teams through efficient process design
Lead or co-lead the onboarding process for new employees
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve and document key processes
Maintain internal tools, dashboards, and process documentation
Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and drive implementation of improvements
Track, analyze, and report on operational KPIs and team performance
Support CPC efforts to boost client renewals and improve ROI from outbound campaigns
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement roles
Advanced proficiency inHubSpot CRM, including automation, workflows, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
Proven experience supporting external communications and managing inquiry workflows
Experience in onboarding employees and building onboarding documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused
Availability to work EST hours
Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms is a strong plus
