Job Description
* Attract and engage top tech talent by sourcing and identifying high-potential candidates for IT roles using innovative strategies
* Partner with Hiring Managers to collaborate on defining hiring needs, aligning expectations, and creating tailored recruitment plans
* Design standout job ads that craft clear and appealing job descriptions to attract the right candidates
* Proactively source talent through tools like LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other platforms to find the perfect match
* Assess technical skills by interviewing candidates to evaluate their technical expertise and cultural fit
Must-Have
* At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, conducting interviews, and hiring strategies
* Proven ability to identify and engage talent in competitive markets
* Experience in conducting interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fit
* A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects effectively
* Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions
* Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English
Would Be Great If You Have
* Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
* Familiarity with ATS tools, such as LinkdIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques
* Spanish or French speaking are a plus
