Job Description:
Attract and engage top tech talent by sourcing and identifying high-potential candidates for IT roles using innovative strategies
Partner with Hiring Managers to collaborate on defining hiring needs, aligning expectations, and creating tailored recruitment plans
Design standout job ads that craft clear and appealing job descriptions to attract the right candidates
Proactively source talent through tools like LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other platforms to find the perfect match
Assess technical skills by interviewing candidates to evaluate their technical expertise and cultural fit
Must-Have:
At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, conducting interviews, and hiring strategies
Proven ability to identify and engage talent in competitive markets
Experience in conducting interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fit
A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects effectively
Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions
Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English
Would be great if you have: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Familiarity with ATS tools, such as LinkdIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques
Spanish or French speaking are a plus
