Job Title: Fund Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of our fast-growing alternatives platform. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in private markets operations and EU fund structures, with a strong understanding of ICAVs, ELTIFs, and other alternative fund structures.
Responsibilities:
* Establish new fund structures, coordinating with service providers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage investor subscriptions, redemptions, and reporting processes, providing a seamless execution and high-quality client experience.
* Coordinate underlying fund transactions, ensuring timely execution and accurate reconciliation.
* Oversight of NAV calculations and investor reporting, in partnership with administrators and the platform operator.
* Ensure compliance with AIFMD, ELTIF 2.0, SFDR, and other relevant regulations, supporting AIFM due diligence requests and annual reviews.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in fund operations, with knowledge of ICAVs, ELTIFs, or other EU alternative fund structures.
* Proven ability to manage third-party service providers and coordinate multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
