Job Description:
As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand, providing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all partners, and showing empathy at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluency in Portuguese
* Very good communication skills in English
* Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
* Computer knowledge/tech savviness
* Resourceful, able to multitask
* Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
