Remote Administrative & Accounting Manager for real estate and holiday rentals. Admin, SEF, contracts, taxes, accounting. Portuguese & English required. Location: Algarve (Carvoeiro / Portimão / Lagos) Contract: Full-time, service provider Experience: At least 2 years in Overall Administration (Real Estate is a plus) Languages required: Portuguese & English (another language is a plus) Who We AreLux Home Algarve is a premium real estate and holiday rental agency specialising in exceptional properties in the Algarve. Your RoleThe Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full range of administrative and accounting tasks related to real estate mediation and holiday rental operations. This role is fully remote, with the possibility of providing necessary equipment such as a laptop and phone. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing and managing all administrative procedures for both the real estate sales/mediation and holiday rental departments Verifying, archiving, and ensuring compliance of holiday rental service contracts and real estate mediation contracts Ensuring proper accounting management for both the real estate agency and the rental division (invoices, receipts, expenses, reconciliations, preparation of documents for the accountant, etc.) Supporting management in optimizing administrative and financial processes and ensuring regulatory compliance Manage reservations invoicing, payments, and financial records Handle SEF registrations and ensure compliance with Portuguese legal requirements Process and report tourist taxes Your ProfileFluent Portuguese and English (written and spoken) – mandatory Strong experience in administrative and accounting management, preferably within the real estate or tourism sector. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and remotely Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Excellent writing skills with strong spelling, grammar, and syntax accuracy in both Portuguese and English Familiarity with Portuguese regulations related to real estate and holiday rentals is a plus Why Join Us?Fully remote position (office can be possible in the future) Equipment provided (computer & phone) if needed A dynamic and supportive team Competitive remuneration with attractive commissions#J-18808-Ljbffr
