Main Tasks and Responsibilities
* Perform roles as Product Manager, Architect, or Tech Lead, combining technical leadership with strategic product direction;
* Lead technical teams, promoting best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables;
* Define and oversee microservices architectures, event-driven systems, and distributed application environments;
* Ensure solutions meet high standards of availability, resilience, and observability;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments, fostering continuous improvement and responsiveness to business needs.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
* Over 10 years of full-stack application development experience;
* Minimum of 7 years of experience with .NET;
* Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and Python is valued;
* Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization best practices;
* Familiarity with IdentityServer4, OpenID Connect, and OAuth is a plus;
* Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
* Strong understanding of distributed systems and their challenges;
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams;
* Fluency in English.
