What will you do?
The eCommerce Content Manager will lead in defining and managing Altra’s online content, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and digital best practices across US and Canada websites. Responsibilities include collaborating with brand, design, and product teams, utilizing our CMS to showcase brand stories, campaigns, and product launches, and managing SEO efforts in partnership with a third-party agency.
Daily tasks include:
* Creating and maintaining content pages on altrarunning.com for US and Canada
* Ideating and coding content blocks within the CMS with a mobile-first approach (light front-end HTML and CSS experience required)
* Managing a contract front-end developer for custom HTML, CSS & JavaScript experiences
* Maintaining a content calendar and collaborating with marketing for upcoming campaigns
* Working with UX designers and creative teams on page mockups, testing, and content releases
* Managing relationships with SEO agencies to optimize content for SEO and organic traffic
* Partnering with Ecommerce Operations and Merchandising for content strategy and product placement
* Ensuring content adheres to brand style and marketing stories
* Building relationships with UX/UI/ID leaders and content managers across brands
* Supporting UAT for content-related features and attending sprint demos
* Conducting site audits for content accuracy and responsiveness across viewports and languages
* Tracking content performance via Google Analytics and SEO tools
* Supporting front-end HTML projects like pop-ups and emails
What do you need to succeed?
We value your unique skills and experience. For this role, a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience and achievements are required, with a background in:
* Working with enterprise CMS platforms
* Manipulating HTML and CSS for responsive experiences
* Implementing SEO best practices
* Familiarity with CRO strategies
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with systems like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Cloudinary, Optimizely, and Google Analytics

Hiring Range
$69,120.00 USD - $86,400.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential
This position may include additional compensation such as annual incentives, sales incentives, or commissions, details of which will be shared during the interview process.
