As a Technical Product Manager for Core Systems, you will lead the development and improvement of the internal platforms and tools that power key business operations.

AccountabilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize system requirements
Define roadmaps and backlogs for internal tools and platforms that support core business functions
Break down large initiatives into incremental deliverables aligned with agile development practices
Partner with engineering teams to refine technical specifications, clarify use cases, and ensure feasibility
Document product requirements, user flows, and release notes to maintain clarity and alignment
Coordinate releases and ensure smooth deployment of features, working closely with QA and stakeholders
Monitor system performance, adoption, and feedback to identify areas for improvement
Ensure all internal systems meet standards for security, scalability, and reliability
Support continuous improvement of development and release processes for internal tools
Requirements3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with exposure to technical or system-focused products
Strong understanding of software systems, architecture, and integrations
Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions
Ability to translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges
Experience working in agile/scrum environments
Excellent documentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Nice-to-HaveBackground in software engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations
Experience in high-growth or distributed environments
Experience working remotely and with tools like Jira, Figma, QuickSight, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Firebase, Typeform, Mixpanel
