We are looking for an IT Technical support Technician (Helpdesk) to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisboa.
Tasks:
Provide In person / Face to face, IT support in a large-scale end-user environment;
Remote Support & In person/On desk/field support;
Work by procedures and tickets;
Support users' migration from desktop to HVD
Requirements:
Hardware and Software;
Networking and security;
Problem solving and critical thinking;
VDI / HVD;
Main Technologies: MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipment's (cisco), iPhone & Mac, Smart pass, Active Directory, Network protocols;
Communication;
Customer oriented;
Conscientiousness;
Teamwork;
Multitasking Ability;
Fluent in English
