About the role
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations? We're looking for a Customer Operations Admin to join our dynamic team and support our external customer base. You'll be responsible for tasks such as maintaining the filing system, generating reports, setting up meetings, coordinating office events, and managing office supplies.
Main Responsibilities
1. Follow up on orders from external customers in collaboration with Planning and Logistics teams.
2. Communicate order status updates with customers.
3. Support the Sales Team with external sales activities.
4. Utilize company management systems for order processing.
5. Manage billing and credit notes.
6. Assist Finance with payments.
7. Collaborate with other departments on service claims.
8. Handle documentation, archiving, and correspondence, including credit letters.
About you
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong initiative.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in other European languages is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
