Responsibilities:Must work with the Product Owner, Development team, and other stakeholders involved improving and increasing the interactions between all and understanding if the squad's work is completely transparent.Must ensure that events take place and that attendees understand its purpose and help everyone to understand the framework and its values and apply best practices.Gatekeeper between the Development team and all stakeholders by fielding & filtering inappropriate inbound requests and communication.Coach the Squad members, always asking "How can we get bette?".
Servant Leader: managing all non-development activities and allowing the team to focus.Promotes and supports the value delivery across the tribe.Servant-leader and coach for the Tribe.Facilitates tribe events and processes (PI planning process management).
Assists the squads in delivering value.Requirements:Minimum 3 years in a similar position.Bachelor's degree or more in mathematics, physics, computer science, data science.Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology.Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira.Autonomous, organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail.Proactive and resilient, taking own initiative to mitigate risk, and prevent issues arising.Great communication skills while being capable of negotiating with sponsors and reaching to an agreement.Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes.
