We are working with one of the leading & most trusted Data centre construction companies in their sector. Based in Dublin & delivering throughout Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to be the CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) expert on site for this leading contractor, coordinating with the MEP packages to ensure smooth delivery.
You will be the CSA expert on site for this contractor, coordinating with the MEP packages to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to take on a great deal of responsibility & a great chance to enhance their technical knowledge and skillset on complex engineering projects. Role and Responsibilities:
* Manage the Civil, Structural and Architectural (building finishes) work packages
* Manage Site Safety in conjunction with Safety Advisor
* Set up standard procedures for the management of all aspects of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (building finishes) work packages and implement.
* Manage the Project Schedule, programming and managing information flow, timely appointment of and progress of subcontract packages.
* Coordinate information requests, design information, contractors design elements through liaison with Architect, Design Engineers and M&E designers and contractors.
* Coordinate all information between Client/Designers, management team and subcontractors and suppliers with focus on builders work requirements.
* Manage all costs issues associated with Project with the support of the project QS
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
* 5+ years' experiencing working in within a Contractor or Consultancy
* Experience of working in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferable
* Knowledge of all civil, structural, building envelope and finishes details
