Work as a Customer Delight Representative
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Your role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by representing one of the world's most recognizable companies and supporting their work.
Key responsibilities include providing pre- and post-sales support for self-service products, maintaining and expanding the self-service advertising platform, and identifying and resolving problems, technical bugs, and ad display issues.

The ideal candidate has Dutch as mother tongue, good understanding of English language (B2 level), computer skills, good analytical skills, logical thinking, excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening, proactive and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously changing needs and help customers grow their business on the advertising platform. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
