About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Data & AI team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable data extraction pipelines from client projects, as well as deploying and orchestrating machine learning models in production environments.
You will be responsible for automating end-to-end data workflows, from raw client data ingestion to feature engineering and model execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data extraction and ingestion pipelines from diverse client sources (APIs, databases, documents, web scraping, etc.)
Automate ETL/ELT processes with a focus on reliability, monitoring, error handling, and data quality
Build and optimize MLOps pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models
Work closely with tech teams to understand client data requirements and translate them into automated, production-grade solutions
Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve efficiency and scalability
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering and MLOps
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, or Backend Engineer with strong ML focus
Strong proficiency in Python (advanced level)
Solid experience building data pipelines and ETL processes
Experience with MLOps tools and platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably with services like S3, Lambda, Dataflow, Composer, ECS/EKS, etc.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure as Code
Nice to Have
Experience with document parsing, OCR, or unstructured data extraction
Knowledge of LLMOps / RAG pipelines
Previous experience in consulting or client project environments
Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, or other big data technologies
