Job Title: UX Designer for Hybrid Project in Lisbon
We are looking for a talented and skilled UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
* You will conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
* Apply frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate design intent and contribute to implementation when needed.
* Incorporate Power BI dashboards and data visualizations into user interfaces, enhancing data-driven decision making.
* Promote accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
* Design experience with user-centered approaches.
* Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Background in data-driven design or business intelligence.
* Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
* Agile team collaboration and communication skills.
