Syone is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in the banking area.
What you'll do:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
* Manage sprint execution and remove impediments impacting the team
* Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
* Ensure Agile best practices are applied according to the BNP Paribas Agile Framework
* Participate in Tribe ceremonies (QAP, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)
* Foster collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders
* Support onboarding of new team members
* Promote continuous improvement and a positive team environment
* Ensure relevant documentation is created and maintained
What you will need to bring:
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Proven experience in facilitating Agile teams in complex environments
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
* Fluent English (required)
* Fluent French (required)
Nice to Have:
* Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification
* Experience in banking or financial services projects
* Knowledge of security protocols (SAML2, OIDC)
* Experience working within Data & AI environments
