Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead and coordinate an ongoing data transformation program built on Azure. You will be responsible for guiding multiple Agile teams working on parallel data-related projects, ensuring consistent Agile delivery and continuous improvement across the program.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong Agile coaching, delivery focus, and coordination across stakeholders and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum methodology
* Coordinate and manage multiple small to mid-sized data projects running in parallel
* Ensure delivery of sprint goals, backlogs, and project milestones
* Support the Product Owners with backlog grooming and prioritisation
* Monitor and remove team blockers and dependencies
* Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
* Communicate progress and risks with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
* Collaborate with the client and delivery team onsite in Amsterdam during periodic visits
Requirements For The Role
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on data or cloud-based projects
* Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives
* Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks in enterprise settings
* Solid knowledge of Azure ecosystem, preferably with data solutions
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally to the client site in Amsterdam
* Fluent in English
* Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
