* Key Responsibilities:
* First-Line HR Support: Provide timely and effective support on all HR-related queries for employees and managers.
* Employee Relations: Guide team leads and supervisors in handling performance, behavioral, and conflict-related matters with a focus on resolution and fairness.
* Performance Management: Oversee probation reviews, coordinate performance check-ins, and support managers in employee development and feedback cycles.
* Employee Experience & Engagement: Develop initiatives that foster a positive work culture, increase engagement, and support retention.
* Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and support strategic workforce planning and succession initiatives.
* Onboarding & Integration: Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success.
* Culture & Recognition: Drive initiatives that promote company culture, including organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
* Policy & Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and align with business needs.
* Learning & Development: Facilitate training opportunities and professional development programs that empower employee growth.
* Talent & Team Growth: Collaborate with managers to assess team competence, support capability building, and enable long-term team development.
