Job Responsibilities
1) Develop the project, complying with current codes and regulations, with a critical spirit and adapting the solutions in each case with a view to optimization;
2) Ensure prior optimization and feasibility of alternative solutions in the commercial phase to support project variants, through field studies and analysis of the information gathered;
3) Providing technical support for project solutions to support the execution of works (crane foundations, temporary shoring projects, temporary containments, etc.), by surveying, referencing, georeferencing and loading registration data into the Geographic Information System;
4) Monitoring the progress of the work, in all its different phases, checking compliance with the technical specifications and making the necessary revisions, providing the design elements requested by the different areas, checking, updating and correcting the executive project dossier, carrying out document control of the parts described, incorporating changes and organizing the drawings by the different stages of the project.
5) Drawing up the project drawings, as well as making shapes for the contract database, drawing up and compiling the necessary parts for the development of the project (drawings, descriptive documents, bills of quantities and specifications);
6) Liaise with the architectural specialty, building owners, end clients and/or subcontractors in the realization of projects and their suitability for the intended objectives (e.g. studies of alternatives).

Education
Level 6 - Higher education (Bachelor)
Architecture; Engineering, or similar;
