We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our global performance marketing efforts. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing cutting-edge strategies that drive donor acquisition, increase recurring contributions, and amplify our message across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategy Development: Define market-by-market paid media strategies and quarterly test-and-learn plans aligned to fundraising and awareness goals.
* Budget Management: Forecast, pace, and optimize large multi-country budgets toward CPA/CPD, ROAS, and LTV:CAC targets.
* World-Class Operations: Build clean account structures; brand/non-brand strategy; audience layering; creative iteration; feed hygiene; YouTube & PMax excellence.
* Measurement & Data: GA4, GTM, Enhanced Conversions/Consent Mode, Meta CAPI, UTM governance, server-side tracking; import offline/CRM donation data to optimize to value.
* Experimentation: Design A/B and geo-lift/holdout tests; document the learning agenda and scale winners.
* Brand Safety & Compliance: Uphold platform policies, privacy standards, and regional content/risk guidelines.
* Team Leadership: Coach channel leads/specialists; standardize processes, QA, and performance reviews.
* Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex performance data into clear narratives for executives, partners, and community stakeholders.

Requirements
* 8+ years in performance marketing with proven results in Facebook & Google Ads across multi-market programs (e-commerce, lead gen, or fundraising).
* Track record managing large, multi-country budgets and multilingual campaigns.
* Deep experience with Smart Bidding (tROAS/tCPA), audience strategy, creative testing, YouTube & Performance Max.
* Proficient with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio; bonus for SA360/CM360 and server-side tracking.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and English communication skills; comfortable working remote and cross-timezone.
* Nice to have: Nonprofit/fundraising experience, CRM/donation platforms, SQL/BigQuery.
