Job Overview
The Product Support Associate will provide critical support to our buying team by assisting in the preparation of market week, coordinating weekly itineraries, and managing product samples efficiently.
* Support Buyers in writing orders and updating purchase orders.
* Prepare Buyers for Market week by organizing travel arrangements and ensuring they have all necessary information.
* Coordinate and communicate Buyers weekly itineraries to ensure seamless execution.
* Manage product samples effectively to meet Buyers' needs.
* Act as a point of contact for Buyers during Market and provide support as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of vendor information and assist with filing.
* Join key appointments to support order writing and provide administrative assistance.
* Perform general administrative tasks as required.
* Organize travel arrangements for buying/intake teams.
* Support Buyers in preparing for style out, strategy, and other meetings.
* May be involved in business travel based on company needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written.
* Confident approach and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
