We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support Salesforce initiatives in an Automotive Tech environment.Work setup: Hybrid – Porto, with on-site presence 2x per month.Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and pain points for Salesforce-related initiativesTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and clear acceptance criteriaCollaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to support scalable solution design aligned with business objectivesAnalyze and optimize CRM workflows across lead-to-opportunity, case management, and customer service processesPrepare test cases and support UAT to ensure quality delivery of new features and releasesCreate process documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-usersDeliver user training and support adoption of Salesforce capabilities across business teamsAct as the main point of contact for Salesforce projects and communicate technical topicsMust-have requirements:5+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst, mainly in SalesforceStrong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience CloudGood knowledge of CRM processes such as lead-to-opportunity, case management, and customer serviceExperience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows and Process BuilderAbility to create reports and dashboards for business insightsUnderstanding of Salesforce data management and security modelsExperience working in Agile environments and writing user storiesFamiliarity with Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, integration concepts, and Data LoaderFluency in EnglishIf you're interested, apply directly or send your CV with your daily rate and availability for a call to j.sierra@asenium.com.
