About This Role
This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with department procedures and participating in product audits. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, developing programs and activities to improve processes and tools.
* Ensure compliance with department procedures;
* Participate in Product Audits (Boom Analysis);
* Develop programs/activities/workshops and contribute to the continuous improvement of the process, tools and equipment.
Main Responsibilities
1. Evaluate and improve existing processes;
2. Develop new solutions to increase productivity and efficiency;
3. Analyze and solve complex problems;

Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Management Engineering;
* Microsoft skills;
* Good interpersonal skills, initiative, critical thinking;
* Ability to analyze and solve problems;
* English (mandatory).
