WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Model, map, and design all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements;
* Work closely with Change teams and Business Units to produce PBIs;
* Keep PBI descriptions for each asset and functional wikis up to date;
* During the project initiation phase, assess the project in order to deliver for sponsor approval the functional design, cost estimate, and execution plan;
* Integrate into the Scrum team during sprint execution/project delivery;
* Support business-area training activities together with Business Partners.
PROFILE:
* Higher education in Information Technology;
* Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in similar roles;
* Experience in functional solution design, documenting each functionality, and defining acceptance criteria for each feature;
* Experience with Agile methodologies and alignment with developers and testers within Scrum teams;
* Strong team management skills;
* Fluency in English;
* Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
* Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Leadership mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
