About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling cruise packages, and cross-selling or upselling associated products. You will also support customers with post-booking and booking management, as well as travel agents with bookings and booking management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell cruise packages to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
* Cross-sell or up-sell cruise packages and associated products to increase revenue
* Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
* Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
* Assist customers with information about destinations, boats, documentation, prices, and other relevant topics
Requirements:
* Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French (C1 level)
* Advanced level of English (B2 level)
* Proven computer skills and diligent worker
* High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Able to effectively communicate both written and verbally
* Skilled in multi-tasking
