Asenium is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects.
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality are met
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (technical consultants, functional analysts, business stakeholders)
* Ensure proper documentation, risk management, change control, and reporting throughout the project
* Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and key decision-makers
* Manage project dependencies, escalations, and steer committee presentations
Mandatory Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
* Proven track record managing ERP, CRM, or custom development projects
* Experience delivering digital solutions in complex IT environments
* Strong skills in project planning, scope control, and resource coordination
* Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent)
* Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
