Business Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to support our digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic, agile environment. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure the successful delivery of business and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.
* Drive digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on insurance programs (desired).
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical and project goals.
* Support product owners and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across global teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies in an agile environment.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an agile environment.
* Previous experience in digital transformation and/or insurance programs is a plus.
* Degree in computing, engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of the software development process and ability to understand technical requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
* Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Resident in Portugal.
