Miniclip is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Lisbon (PT) office.
This is an office-based role, and regular on-site presence is required.
What you will be doing at Miniclip?
IT Support OperationsProvide first and second-level support for end-user devices, applications, and workplace tools.
Configure and deploy standardised laptops and workstations (MacOS and Windows).
Diagnose and resolve user-side technical issues within the defined IT Support scope.
Escalate infrastructure, cloud, or security-related issues to the appropriate specialised IT teams.
Ensure all incidents and requests are properly logged and tracked in Miniclip's internal ticketing system.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
IT Asset & Procurement ManagementOwn the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware and software), from request validation to disposal.
Manage hardware procurement processes, including vendor research, price comparison, and cost optimisation.
Define and maintain hardware standards for different departments.
Manage software license requests, assignments, renewals, and optimisation.
Maintain accurate and auditable inventory of hardware and software assets.
Act as the primary liaison with IT resellers and technology vendors.
IT Administrative & Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with HR on equipment planning for onboarding.
Support Finance and Legal teams with licensing documentation and contract-related information.
Maintain structured reporting related to IT equipment and license allocation.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a structured, organised, and service-oriented professional with a solid technical foundation and strong administrative capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be strongly skilled in the following:
Strong end-user support experience (minimum 3 years).
Experience managing hardware and/or software procurement processes.
Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management.
Vendor management and cost optimisation experience.
Good organisational and documentation skills.
Ability to balance operational support and administrative responsibilities.
Basic understanding of networking principles.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
