Outsourcing Business Developer
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our team as an Outsourcing Business Developer.
About the Role
* Identify and develop new business opportunities related to our solutions portfolio, focusing on Outsourcing LoB;
* Build strong relationships with clients, mapping and presenting solutions for their outsourcing needs, working closely with our People Scouting & Professional Services areas;
* Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and goals;
* Analyze and develop sales offers;
* Deliver strong sales presentations;
* Provide exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
* Elaborate proposals and participate in sales meetings and demos;
* Interact with different stakeholders;
* Participate in events to develop networking;
* Identify opportunities and develop account goals, strategies, and tactics;
* Manage multiple client accounts.
Requirements
* You are a dynamic person with proven experience in Information Technologies;
* You have graduated in Engineering, Business Administration, or IT areas;
* You have previous experience (2+ years) in Sales positions, namely in Outsourcing LoB;
* You are result-driven;
* You are well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace;
* You have excellent prioritization and time management skills;
* You can easily build relationships with different players in the business;
* You can analyze and solve problems;
* You can work as a team;
* You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
* You have a very ambitious mindset;
* You have English Proficiency.
