Main tasks and responsibilities
1. Managing supervision and cost management teams.
2. Managing construction contracts, timelines, and budgets.
3. Coordinating Design teams and value engineering processes.
4. Coordinating construction projects to ensure quality and compliance.
5. Developing acquisition strategies for Engineering and Construction services.
6. Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors.
7. Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and warranties.
8. Supervising project execution and resource management.
9. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
10. Monitoring project progress and preparing reports.
11. Identifying and mitigating risks in construction projects.
12. Implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies.
13. Oversight of construction contracts, including contract review and negotiation, compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
14. Coordinating and supervising project execution to ensure quality and compliance.
15. Evaluation and interaction with suppliers and contractors, selection of suitable partners.
16. Technical knowledge in after-sales service for residential buildings.
17. Experience in general contracting (Preferred).
Role Requirements
1. Education degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture.
2. 3 - 5 years’ experience.
3. Experience in real estate sector, supervision and project management.
4. Experience or contact with Investment Analysis will be a Plus.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team.
6. Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
9. Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, PowerBI will be a Plus.
10. Verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
11. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
12. Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
13. Written and oral skills in English.
Local and Schedule
Full-Time / Lisboa - hybrid role, with a minimum of 2/3 days per week in the office.
