Responsabilidades e RequisitosHard skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven team leadership experience, preferably leading developers in delivery-focused projects.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and architecture design patterns, and CI/CD tooling
Solid understanding of scrum methodology and experience using agile tools (e.G., Jira).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
Resilient, goal-oriented, and driven by technology and challenges.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
