What You Will Do:
- Lead and coordinate technical development teams, providing support and guidance to developers.
- Oversee project execution using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), defining and implementing models based on system/software requirements.
- Utilize Mathworks toolbox for MBSE, including tools like Matlab and Simulink, for system and software modeling.
- Apply object-oriented design techniques and modeling concepts (UML or SysML) in embedded systems development.
- Focus on embedded system development, real-time programming, and low-level programming.
- Lead team activities, manage tasks, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 4 years of experience working with embedded systems, particularly with C and Assembly.
- Experience in technical management, coordinating and supporting development teams.
- Solid knowledge of the Mathworks toolbox for MBSE (Matlab, Simulink, etc.).
- Experience in executing projects using MBSE, defining and implementing models based on system/software requirements.
- Knowledge of object modeling and object-oriented design concepts, including UML or SysML.
- Expertise in embedded systems development, real-time programming (RTOS or bare metal).
- Leadership potential and experience in managing technical teams.
